Introductory copy
This register identifies the legal entity responsible for the Afilcorp website and provides the governing documents for website use, personal-data handling, professional boundaries, risk disclosure, third-party relationships, anti-fraud controls and research publications.
Afilcorp is the public brand of Afilcorp Capital Pte Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under company number 77982837. “Afilcorp”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Afilcorp Capital Pte Limited where the context concerns the Website or a legal responsibility of the operator. FO-EGP is a governance and enablement methodology and membership framework. It is not a separate legal person, financial institution, investment product, regulated market, bank, trustee, fund, partnership or regulator.
Access to the Website, receipt of an acknowledgement email, an introductory discussion or the provision of preliminary information does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, joint-venture or other professional relationship. A professional engagement begins only when the relevant legal entity has completed its conflicts, eligibility and KYC/KYB procedures and has accepted written engagement terms through an authorised representative.
Entity register
The Legal Entity Identifier is an identifier only. It is not a licence, regulatory approval, credit assessment, endorsement or representation concerning financial-services permissions.

Priority and interpretation
These public documents govern the Website and public communications. They do not replace a signed engagement letter, membership agreement, service schedule, data-processing agreement or other specific contract. If a signed engagement document conflicts with these Website documents in relation to an accepted engagement, the signed engagement document prevails to the extent of the conflict.
The English and Traditional Chinese versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. The governing-language provision, if any, must be confirmed in the final solicitor review and stated consistently on every legal page.
Verification and updates
Legal, regulatory, tax and market information may change. Each document displays an effective date and last-review date. Afilcorp may update these documents prospectively. Material changes will be identified by version number or update note where appropriate.
